Building Inspection Process:
Bureau Veritas is the designated City of Goliad inspection consultant.
Step 1
Download or pickup your building permit.
Step 2
Submit application with drawings to City Hall.

Step 3
Approval of application and drawings from Bureau Veritas will take at least 5 business days.
Step 4
Once application is approved from Bureau Veritas applicant is then responsible for payment of permit.
Step 5
Start project.
Step 6
Once project is completed Bureau Veritas will come out and inspect.
Step 7
Receive Bureau Vertias stamp of approval.
