Goliad EDC is currently working on residential and commercial lot enhancements. We have partnered with the Goliad City Council to identify lots in need of clearing that may be repurposed for homes or businesses. The Fulcrod Road Project includes the removal of debris and building to provide a Habitat for Humanity Home.
